Counselling, Career Guidance
& Art Therapy
I offer mental health counselling, career counselling, and art therapy to support people navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and questions about identity and purpose. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming. Each session is shaped around your individual needs, goals, and readiness, and may include a blend of creative and talk-based approaches depending on what feels most supportive for you.
Qualifications & Professional Memberships

I hold a Master of Mental Health (Art Therapy) and a Master of Career Development. I am professionally registered with the below. These memberships reflect my commitment to ethical practice, ongoing professional development, and working within recognised professional standards.
How I Work
I work from a person-centred, trauma-informed and strengths-based framework, grounded in the belief that every person carries within them an innate drive toward healing, growth and meaning.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and neuro-affirming. I pay careful attention to safety, pacing, and the nervous system, and I work with deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
I have a special interest in life transitions and the formation and maintenance of our individual and social identities. Many of the people I work with are navigating change — career shifts, illness, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or questions about meaning and direction.
Together, we make sense of your experiences, strengthen self-trust and self-compassion, and support you to move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.

My Books
I am the author of two books, Breastless and After the Flood. Breastless shares my personal journey through breast cancer and the emotional process of healing, identity and resilience that followed. After the Flood is a novel that explores grief, loyalty and the complex ways people navigate trauma and life’s unexpected changes.
Both books are available for purchase from Amazon in paperback and Kindle format. Alternatively, if your address is in Australia, you can purchase a paperback copy directly from me for $35 ($55 for two) including postage.
